Custom
online booking system

The client picks the service, the specialist and a free slot on your own website — at 11pm just as easily as at midday. The system reminds them before the visit, returns the slot to the schedule if they cancel, and asks for a rating afterwards. You get one schedule for the whole team, a history for every client, and visibility of where the bookings come from. Not a subscription to someone else's service — your system on your domain.

When booking
becomes the bottleneck

Booking is the first place a business loses customers and the least visible: the person simply did not get through and booked somewhere else. Recognise three of these and the system pays for itself.

Bookings only by phone
While the receptionist is talking to one client, every other call goes nowhere. After 7pm booking is impossible altogether — which is exactly when people plan their week.
The schedule lives in a notebook or a spreadsheet
Two receptionists, two versions of the truth. Double bookings, gaps in the middle of the day, and a client booked with a specialist on their day off.
Clients do not turn up
A forgotten appointment is empty time you pay for anyway: rent, wages, an idle chair.
Nobody sees the cancellations
The client cancelled and nobody gave the slot to someone else. The waiting list lives in the receptionist's head — while they are on shift.
You cannot see where clients come from
Ads, Instagram, the website, referrals — which of them produces bookings and which only impressions, nobody knows.
Client history is in someone's memory
Who came, to whom, what was done, what they disliked — only the person who was there knows. They leave, and the knowledge leaves with them.

From the booking
to the return visit

01
Online booking on your own website
The widget goes on your site and the link into your Instagram profile or business listing. Service, specialist, free slot — three steps. The rules are configurable: non-working days, minimum notice, which specialists take bookings only on approval.
02
One shared schedule
Every specialist in one calendar, each with their own working pattern and booking mode. Holidays and sick leave block the time automatically — nobody gets booked on a day off.
03
Reminders for clients
SMS or a Telegram message 24 hours and 2 hours before the visit; the intervals are a setting. The text carries your address and price, not a generic "don't forget".
04
Notifications for staff
A new online booking reaches the receptionist or the specialist in Telegram immediately, not the next morning. A specialist can subscribe to their own schedule in their phone calendar.
05
Client card with history
Visits, services, payments, files and notes in one card. Duplicates are caught by phone number, or by name and date of birth — the database does not drift apart.
06
Client portal
The client signs in with a code by SMS or Telegram, sees their bookings and moves or cancels them — within your rules, for example no later than 24 hours before.
07
Reviews after the visit
An invitation to rate the visit by SMS or Telegram, or a QR code on the paperwork. An unhappy client is visible the same day, while the situation can still be fixed.
08
Where bookings come from
Every booking records its channel — website, portal, receptionist — and its first source: campaign tags, referrer, landing page. You can see what actually brings clients in.

One booking —
from click to review

This is how an ordinary booking runs with no receptionist involved. A person is needed only where a person is genuinely needed.

Step 01
The client books themselves
On your site they choose the service, the specialist and a free slot. The system will not allow a booking on a taken slot, on a non-working day, or too close to the start.
Step 02
Staff see it immediately
A Telegram message and an entry in the specialist's calendar. If the booking needs approval, the receptionist confirms it in one click.
Step 03
Reminders before the visit
A day before and two hours before, the client gets a reminder with the time, address and price. If they cannot make it, they move the visit in the portal and the slot returns to the schedule.
Step 04
The visit and payment
The specialist sees the client history; the receptionist takes payment at the system's till — with a card discount, a promo code or a gift certificate.
Step 05
Review and return
After the visit, a request to rate it. Poor ratings are visible the same day, and the client card prompts when it is time for them to come back.

What already works,
and what we configure

The system is not written from scratch: booking, reminders, the client portal and the till run every day in healthcare settings. For your business we configure the naming, the services, the rules and the integrations.

Already working in the system
  • Online booking from the website with rules: non-working days, minimum notice, approval
  • Specialist schedules with individual booking modes; holidays block time automatically
  • SMS and Telegram reminders, staff notifications for new bookings
  • Client portal with code sign-in, rescheduling and cancellation under your rules
  • Client card with history and duplicate control
  • Till, discounts, promo codes, gift certificates, service packages
  • Post-visit reviews and a report by rating
  • Roles and permissions, an audit log of every user action
Configured in your project
  • Naming for your industry: "client", "stylist", "visit" instead of medical terms
  • Your services, durations, prices and specialists — from a spreadsheet or your old software
  • A booking widget in your brand colours on your own site
  • SMS sent under your business name, your own Telegram bot
  • Migration of your client base and future bookings
  • Telephony, website, accounting — where they are needed
  • Rooms and workstations as a separate schedulable resource — if they are shared

Off-the-shelf subscription
or your own system

A single practitioner with no receptionist will be perfectly served by an off-the-shelf booking service — and we will say so. Your own system earns its place where there are several specialists, a lot of bookings, and processes that do not fit somebody else's template.

What the system
does not do

Better to hear "no" now than in week three.

It does not take online payment for a booking out of the box: payment happens at the system's till on site, and an online payment provider is connected separately if you need one.
It does not print fiscal receipts: cash-register compliance is a separate integration under the rules of your country.
It does not replace a receptionist on complicated bookings — it only takes the routine off them.
It does not send bulk marketing messages without the clients' consent.
It does not migrate data with a magic button: we do the migration and reconcile it together with you.
It does not launch in an evening: configuring it for your business is several weeks of work.
Reminders go by SMS and Telegram; other messengers are a separate integration we quote on request.

What people
ask most

How is this better than an ordinary booking service? +
For a single practitioner it is not, and we will say so. The difference appears once there are several specialists, a lot of bookings, or logic of your own: approvals, memberships, multiple locations. Then it matters that the database is yours, that booking sits on your own site under your own name, and that the system grows with the business instead of hitting the ceiling of a plan.
Which businesses is it for? +
Any business where a client books a time with a specific person: beauty salons and barbershops, medical centres and dental practices, auto repair shops, studios, tutors and training centres, psychologists, veterinary clinics. The system grew out of medical booking, so the complicated scenarios — booking approval, a separate booking mode per specialist, service packages — already work in it.
Can people book from Instagram rather than the website? +
Yes: the link to the booking page goes in your Instagram profile, a Telegram channel or your business listing. Wherever someone books from, it lands in the same schedule, and the report shows which source brought it.
How do we move from our old software or spreadsheet? +
We export your clients, services and future bookings, move them into the system and reconcile them with you. For the first few days you can run both in parallel so no booking is lost.
What do the reminders cost? +
SMS is billed separately at your messaging provider's rate, by messages actually sent. Telegram reminders are free, so it pays to move part of your client base there.
Can we start simple and expand? +
Yes. Modules switch on individually: today booking and reminders, tomorrow the till, stock, loyalty or the client portal. Anything new is off by default and does not disturb what already works.
What happens if we want to leave? +
You get your database in full. If you want, the system can be moved to your own server under licence — with no day-to-day dependence on us.
