All times are Kyiv time (UTC+3). That is a full working-day overlap with Western Europe and roughly a four-hour overlap with the US East Coast morning. For calls outside those hours we simply agree a slot.

Working with us from abroad
Communication
Slack, Telegram, Zoom, Google Meet or plain email — whatever your team already uses. Weekly written status by default, calls when a decision needs making rather than on a fixed ritual.
Contracts
Signed digitally, in English. Scope, fixed price and deadlines are written into the agreement before work starts, together with a 6-month warranty on what we deliver.
Payment
SWIFT or SEPA transfer, Wise, Payoneer or Stripe. Invoiced in USD or EUR. Standard split is 50% upfront and 50% on delivery; larger projects are broken into milestones.

How quickly do you reply? +
Within two working hours on weekdays. Our working day is 10:00–18:00 Kyiv time (UTC+3), which overlaps with the whole of Western Europe and with the US East Coast morning. Enquiries that arrive overnight are answered first thing.
Do you work with clients outside Ukraine? +
Yes — most communication is remote in any case. Slack, Telegram, Zoom or email, whichever you already use. Contracts are signed digitally. We currently work with clients across the EU, the UK and the US.
How does payment work for an international client? +
Bank transfer (SWIFT or SEPA), Wise, Payoneer or Stripe. We invoice in USD or EUR. The standard split is 50% upfront and 50% on delivery; for larger projects we break it into milestones.
What do you need from us to give a price? +
A description of the problem, not a specification. What the business does, what should change, roughly when you need it and roughly what budget range you have in mind. If we need more, we ask — usually one call is enough for a firm number.
Is the first consultation really free? +
Yes, and it comes with no obligation. If we conclude the project will not pay for itself, we say so — that conversation costs you nothing and saves both sides a great deal of time.
