When leads
go cold on the way

There is one sign: the enquiries are there, but the deals are fewer than they should be. The cause is almost always the time to first response — and a sales team spending the day on the wrong people.

The enquiry waits until morning
Someone wrote in the evening and got a reply the next day. In the meantime they contacted three other companies — and bought from whoever answered first.
Your reps talk to everyone
Half the conversations are "how much is it?" from people who will never buy. The most expensive hours go to people who have not even decided whether they need this.
Enquiries from five places
Website, Instagram, WhatsApp, phone calls, email. Some of them get lost simply because nobody keeps every tab open at the same time.
Empty records in the CRM
"Name, phone, call back." No task, no budget, no timeline — the rep starts from scratch and asks what the person has already explained.
Peak season overwhelms the team
In season there are three times as many enquiries, and the choice is either hiring people for two months or accepting that some enquiries will go unanswered.
Nobody knows why they did not buy
Conversations live in your reps' messengers. There is no way to see at which question people drop off — and so no way to fix it.

Not a "sales bot",
but working functions

01
Replies first
Responds to an enquiry within seconds, at any hour. Not "your request has been received", but a real conversation: what is needed, what for and by when.
02
Works out the task
Asks one question at a time, and only when it fits. The result is not a questionnaire but a clear description of what the person actually needs.
03
Qualifies on your criteria
Budget range, timeline, industry, location, whether there is already a supplier — the signs you yourself use to recognise your customer, not an abstract "lead score".
04
Handles pricing and objections
Takes figures from your price list, not from thin air. Answers typical objections the way you agreed, and never promises discounts.
05
Creates a record in your CRM
Contact details, the task, answers to the qualifying questions and the full transcript. The rep opens the record and knows straight away who they are talking to.
06
Hands over at the right moment
A ready buyer goes to your rep immediately, with a notification. Someone who is still thinking stays with the agent until a conversation with a person makes sense.
07
Shows where people drop off
A dashboard of conversations and stages: you can see at which question most dialogues break off. That is something scattered messenger chats will never show you.
08
Stays quiet where it should
Guardrails: no promises on timelines, discounts or results without your confirmation. Better "let me check with a colleague" than a promise someone then has to keep.

Four steps
from enquiry to warm lead

Failed rollouts all look the same: the agent goes live without qualification criteria, and it either interrogates everyone or waves everyone through.

Step 01
We describe what you sell
Price list, packages, timelines, terms, typical objections and the answers to them. What already exists in files we take as it is; what lives in your sales lead's head we write down first — that is a normal stage of the work, not a delay.
Step 02
We write down the criteria
Together we define what a good lead is for you and whom you deliberately do not take on. Without this step, qualification turns into guesswork and your reps keep getting everything.
Step 03
We set the boundaries and the tone
How the agent speaks, what it never promises, when it hands over to a person. This is also where the handover rule is set: under what conditions a dialogue goes to a rep, and in what form they receive the context.
Step 04
We launch and read the conversations
In the first weeks you see every dialogue in the dashboard. Where the agent was too soft or pushed too hard, we tune it. For the first two months after launch we keep reading real conversations and improving the knowledge base — that is part of the project.

One agent —
every channel

Enquiries come from everywhere, but the qualification criteria stay the same. Customers do not need to know where to write — the conversation is the same wherever they start it.

on complexity, not buzzwords

PackageWhat is includedFrom

AI PROFESSIONAL Multi-agent orchestration with specialised roles, extended RAG up to 1,000 pages, MCP integrations with CRM, ERP and accounting systems, an evaluation harness on your real cases, full analytics dashboard. Timeline 35–60 days. $3,000

Model usage is billed separately — typically $40 to $400 per month, depending on the number of conversations, which is why we ask about your expected lead flow at the brief. The full package comparison is on the AI agents page, and all other services are in the price list. If you also need a system for these leads to live in, that is a custom CRM.

What the agent
does not do

This list matters as much as the previous one. Better to hear "no" now than in week three.

It does not close the deal instead of your rep — it brings the lead to the point where a conversation with a person makes sense.
It does not push or persuade: if someone asks for a person, it hands over without resistance.
It does not promise discounts, timelines or results without your confirmation.
It does not issue invoices or take payments on its own.
It does not make phone calls — that is a different scenario, the voice agent for call centres.
It does not work without qualification criteria: first we need to agree on whom you consider your customer.

What we are asked
most often

How is this different from a customer support agent? +
The conversation has a different goal. A support agent resolves questions from people who are already your customers. A sales agent talks to people who are still choosing: it works out the task, the budget and the timeline, filters out those you are not a fit for, and hands your sales rep a warm conversation with the context attached. Technically it is the same knowledge base and the same dashboard — what differs is the script and the criteria.
What criteria does it use to qualify leads? +
Yours, not generic ones. At the start we write down together what a "good lead" means for you: type of project, budget range, timeline, location, industry, whether they already have a supplier. The agent steers the conversation so these points come up naturally rather than as a questionnaire. Leads that do not match are not thrown away — they are flagged and kept on the list, because the final call is still yours.
Will it scare customers off with an interrogation? +
It would if it were built as a questionnaire, which is exactly why we do not build it that way. Questions come one at a time, and only when the person is already moving towards the point. If someone asks for a person straight away, the agent hands over without resistance. The rule is simple: it helps, it does not conduct a job interview.
Where do the leads end up? +
In your CRM, as a record with everything attached: name, contact details, the task, answers to the qualifying questions and the full conversation transcript. Plus an instant notification to your sales rep. If you do not have a CRM yet, we send leads to a spreadsheet, to email or to a messenger, and a CRM such as HubSpot, Pipedrive or Salesforce can be connected later.
How long does it take to launch? +
STARTER takes 14–25 days. The longest part is not the code but two other things: a description of what you sell and the qualification criteria. If you already have a price list, the typical objections and a clear idea of who you do not take on, it goes quickly. If all of that lives in the head of your sales lead, it has to be written down first.
Does it work at night and at weekends? +
Yes, and that is where most of its value lies. An enquiry that arrives at 11 pm gets an answer immediately, not the next morning. By the time your sales rep starts work, the person has already clarified the terms and left their contact details — instead of going to whoever replied first.
What does it cost to run? +
Two parts: our support and the model usage itself. For the first two months after launch we read the real conversations and tune the agent, and every package includes a 6-month warranty on the delivered work. After that, support is agreed separately, depending on how many changes you need. Model usage is typically $40 to $400 per month depending on the number of conversations, which is why we ask about your expected lead flow at the brief.
