Websites and systems
for clinics

Most studios will build a clinic a business-card website. We build what a clinic actually uses every day: online booking, patient records, document workflow, laboratory results, reporting. This is not theory for us — a multi-site clinical system and a public hospital's document workflow are both in production. You can start with the website and add the system later.

When reception becomes
the bottleneck

What all of these businesses have in common: patients grow faster than the reception desk, and bookings, records and documents live in three different places — a notebook, a spreadsheet and the administrator's head.

Private clinics and medical centres
Several specialities, doctors' schedules, booking a specific time slot, records and reports, cash desk and reporting.
Dental practices
Long appointments, treatment plans spanning several visits, reminders so the patient does not disappear between stages.
Laboratories
A price list of hundreds of items, sample collection, results delivered to the patient online instead of by phone.
Aesthetic and beauty clinics
Booking with a specific practitioner, treatment courses, packages, a client record with history and contraindications.
Solo practices
One doctor with no administrator: a site with booking, reminders and a simple record — so nothing lives in a paper diary.
Public institutions
Internal document workflow: orders, incoming correspondence, internal memos, citizen enquiries, statutory deadlines.

Eight parts a
system is built from

You do not have to take all of it at once. Clinics usually start with the first three and add the rest when they hit the next limitation.

01
Website and service catalogue
Service pages, doctors with schedules, prices, preparation instructions. Every service gets its own address that search can find.
02
Online booking
Pick a doctor, a date and a free slot without a phone call. Booking rules: minimum lead time, days off, doctor absences.
03
Patient portal
Their own visits, results, documents and tickets. The patient stops calling reception for things they can see themselves.
04
Records and consultations
Electronic records, report templates per speciality, visit history, referrals and printable documents.
05
Cash desk and payments
Price list with revisions, discounts and loyalty cards, online payment, cashier shifts, daily and period reconciliation.
06
Laboratory
Sample collection, test statuses, results delivered to the patient portal, studies transferred from the devices.
07
Document workflow
Orders with acknowledgement, incoming and outgoing correspondence, internal memos, delegation, deadlines and reminders.
08
Reports and analytics
Revenue by period, doctor utilisation, repeat visits, booking sources. The numbers decisions are made on, not numbers for their own sake.

Not a deck —
systems in production

Private clinic network
Clinical system: from booking to the cash desk
Online booking with rules per speciality, a patient portal, electronic records with report templates, a cash desk with shifts and reconciliation, laboratory, stock and HR. A shop-window site with a separate page for every service and every doctor. Data migrated from the previous system: patients, visits, price lists and stock.
Public hospital
Internal document workflow
More than ten modules in production: orders with acknowledgement, incoming correspondence whose state comes from the resolutions, internal memos, delegation, citizen enquiries with 15/30/45-day deadlines, meetings, contracts, archive and file nomenclature. Deliberately without qualified electronic signatures and without OCR — so the system does not depend on what the institution does not have.
Laboratory
Price list, sample collection and results
A searchable price list of hundreds of items, sample collection before payment for walk-ins, test statuses and results delivered to the patient online. Studies from the devices land in the patient portal automatically.

The price is made
of parts

There is no separate "healthcare price list", and that is on purpose. The system is assembled from the same components as any other project, and their prices are already published. That way you can see exactly what you are paying for.

ComponentFrom
Clinic website with services and doctors$700
Records system: booking, records, cash desk$1,900
AI agent for the first line of enquiries$900
Telegram bot for patient reminders$300
SEO so the clinic gets found$170/mo
Support after launch$80/mo

Document workflow, laboratory and migration from an old system are quoted separately — they depend far too much on what the institution already has. The full price list is on the pricing page.

What we do not do

This list matters as much as the previous one. Better to hear a no now than in the third month.

We do not integrate with national health data platforms — that is a separate regulatory track with its own contractors.
We do not build or work with qualified electronic signatures.
We do not connect medical devices directly — we only accept the files they produce.
We do not write logic that makes a diagnosis or gives medical advice to a patient.
We do not handle licensing or legal support for the institution.
We do not commit to a timeline before seeing what the institution already has and what state it is in.

What we are asked most often

Do you build a website or a full system? +
Both — it depends on where the clinic is. You can start with a website that takes online bookings and add the records system later: we lay the architecture out so the second step does not mean redoing the first. But if the question is already about how reception works, patient records and documents, that is a system, and the website becomes its shop window.
Do you integrate with national health data systems? +
No. We deliberately do not take on integration with state health platforms and do not promise it. That is a separate regulatory story with its own requirements and its own contractors, and an honest "no" beats a missed deadline. Everything else — bookings, records, documents, laboratory, reporting — we do.
Where is patient data stored? +
On your hosting or your server, under your access. We keep no copy of the database. Access inside the system is split by role: reception, doctor, head of department and accounting each see something different.
What does it cost and what drives the price? +
The components have published prices — website, store, CRM, AI agent. The total depends on how many of them you need and whether the clinic already runs an accounting system we have to talk to. After a 30-minute conversation you get an estimate in numbers, not a slide deck.
Can data be migrated from our old software? +
Yes, we have done it more than once — patients, visits, price lists and stock moved over from other systems. It is a separate stage with its own timeline: a trial run on a copy first, reconciliation of totals and counts, and only then the live migration.
