Three kinds of
landing page

A landing page is one page with one goal. Which type you need follows from that goal: selling directly, collecting contacts for your sales team, or preparing an audience for a launch. Each has a different structure, a different tone of copy and different integrations.

7–14 days
01 · TYPE Sales Page

Sales page

from $200

A focused page for one product or service: a clear offer, benefits, price, and an order form with payment. Built to run alongside paid campaigns on Google or Meta. Typical conversion is 3–7% with a well-matched offer.

Best for: Selling services, physical products, info products, courses and software
10–18 days
02 · TYPE Lead Generation

Lead generation page

from $250

Built to collect contacts your sales team then works through. Includes a quiz, a lead magnet such as a guide or checklist, a contact form, CRM integration and instant notifications so nobody waits until morning.

Best for: Long sales cycles: real estate, legal, healthcare, B2B services, education
12–20 days
03 · TYPE Product Launch

Launch page

from $320

For launching a product, an event or a course: a countdown to the start, a pre-registration form, integration with your email platform, reminder automation and analytics for the whole pre-launch campaign.

Best for: New product or course launches, pre-orders, events, crowdfunding

Anatomy of a
converting page

Not every one-page site is a landing page. A landing page has a deliberate structure of seven or eight blocks, each doing a specific job: catching attention, removing an objection, moving the reader towards one action. These are the blocks we build every page from.

01

The hero block

Three seconds to answer three questions: what is this, is it for me, what do I do next. A specific offer instead of a slogan, one clear action, and no navigation to distract from it. Everything visible before the first scroll.

Offer → proof → one action
02

Problem and solution

People buy a solution to their own problem, not your product. This block names the pain in the visitor's own words and then shows how you remove it — which is also where a sceptical reader decides whether to keep going.

Their words, not your jargon
03

Benefits, not features

"24/7 support" is a feature. "You are never left alone with a broken site at 2am" is a benefit. We translate every feature into what it changes for the buyer — that translation is most of the copywriting work.

Every feature earns a "so what?"
04

Social proof

Reviews with names and photos, client logos, case numbers, certifications, press mentions. The more specific the proof, the more it carries. Generic five-star quotes convince nobody in 2026.

Specific proof beats volume
05

How it works

Three to five steps from enquiry to result. This block removes the fear of the unknown — especially important for expensive services where the buyer has never gone through the process before.

Clarity removes hesitation
06

Price and offer

A price, a range, or an honest explanation of what it depends on. Hiding the number costs you the visitors who would have paid it and wastes your sales team on the ones who never would.

A number beats "contact us"
07

Guarantees and FAQ

The last objections before the form: what if it does not work, what about refunds, how long, what do you need from me. Answering them here is cheaper than answering them in a sales call.

Kill objections before the form
08

The final call

A repeat of the offer for people who scrolled straight to the bottom, plus the shortest possible form. Every extra field costs conversions — we ask only for what the first contact genuinely needs.

Fewer fields, more leads

We work with
any industry

Landing pages work in almost any business — from a dental clinic to B2B software. The figures below are realistic conversion ranges per industry, achievable when every stage is done well: the offer, the copy and the traffic behind it.

01 · NICHE

Healthcare and dentistry

Clinics, dental practices and individual specialists. A page per procedure with before-and-after images, pricing, doctor credentials and online booking. Trust signals carry more weight here than anywhere else.

Conversion 5–12%
02 · NICHE

Education and courses

Online schools, course creators and training centres. Programme, outcomes, tutor credibility, student results and a pre-registration form. Works especially well paired with a launch countdown.

Conversion 4–10%
03 · NICHE

Services and trades

Repair, installation, cleaning, legal and accounting services. Price calculator, coverage area, response time and a short callback form — the visitor usually needs the job done today.

Conversion 6–15%
04 · NICHE

Physical products

A single product or a small line where a full store is overkill. Photography, specifications, comparison against alternatives, and a checkout that takes payment on the same page.

Conversion 3–8%
05 · NICHE

Events and conferences

Conferences, workshops, festivals. Programme, speakers, venue, ticket tiers with a countdown, and integration with your ticketing platform.

Conversion 8–20%
06 · NICHE

SaaS and startups

Product pages for free trials and demo requests. The job here is explaining an unfamiliar product in one screen and getting a signup without a sales call.

Conversion 2–6%
07 · NICHE

Real estate and developers

Individual projects and unit types. Gallery, floor plans, location, payment options and a viewing request form. High ticket, so a single lead can pay for the page many times over.

Conversion 2–5%
08 · NICHE

Automotive and service

Dealerships, service centres, detailing, tyre fitting. Service list with prices, booking by time slot, and location — most searches here are local and urgent.

Conversion 5–11%
09 · NICHE

Travel and hotels

Hotels, tours, retreats. Photography does the selling; the page supports it with dates, pricing, what is included and a booking form wired into your reservation system.

Conversion 4–9%
10 · NICHE

Fitness and beauty

Studios, gyms, salons and individual practitioners. Trial-session offers, membership options, schedules and booking. Short decision cycle, so speed of response decides the sale.

Conversion 6–14%
11 · NICHE

Fintech and crypto

Financial products, exchanges and investment platforms. Regulatory clarity, security explanations and calculators. Trust and compliance carry more weight than design flourishes.

Conversion 2–5%
12 · NICHE

Local retail

Shops and showrooms driving foot traffic. Assortment, promotions, location, opening hours and a "reserve in store" form. The page sells the visit, not the product.

Conversion 4–10%

5 steps from
brief to launch

A transparent process with fixed timelines. You see and approve the result of each stage before the next one begins. No surprises, no "complexity surcharges", no slipped deadlines.

01

Brief & strategy

We work out who the page speaks to, what the offer is, and what the visitor should do. Competitor pages get reviewed at this stage — usually the fastest way to find what nobody in your market is saying.

1–3 days
02

Wireframe & copy

Structure first, decoration later. We lay out the sequence of blocks and write the copy against it, because a beautiful page with weak copy converts worse than a plain page with strong copy.

2–5 days
03

Design

Visual design over the approved structure, matched to your brand or built from scratch if there is none. Two rounds of revisions are included, discussed block by block rather than as one verdict.

3–7 days
04

Build & integrations

Markup, forms, CRM and email integrations, payment where needed, analytics and ad pixels. Tested on real devices, checked against Core Web Vitals before anything goes live.

3–10 days
05

Launch & support

Deployment, SSL, final checks of every form and event. Handover of all access. The first month of edits is free — in practice that covers everything you notice in the first weeks of real traffic.

1–2 days

Technology
stack

A modern stack chosen for speed, security and integration options — without unnecessary dependencies or legacy libraries. Every page is checked against Core Web Vitals before launch.

Results in
numbers

Three projects with real analytics behind them — web analytics, Search Console and the client's own numbers. On request we can show the dashboards with client domains masked.

A dental clinic was running ads straight to its homepage and paying for clicks that went nowhere. We built a dedicated page for implantology: the procedure explained step by step, before-and-after photography, transparent pricing, surgeon credentials and a booking form with time slots. Cost per lead dropped by more than half and the clinic now takes 18–24 new implant patients a month from the same ad budget.

A course creator with an engaged audience but no sales page. We built a launch page with a countdown to enrolment closing, the full programme, student results, a tutor bio and tiered pricing, wired into her email platform so pre-registrations received an automated sequence. Launch week closed with 82 sales without a single paid ad.

A booking product for beauty salons needed to explain itself to owners with no software background. We replaced the feature list with a short quiz — salon size, current tools, main frustration — and returned a tailored explanation plus a trial signup. In the first two months 340 salons started trials and 31% converted to paid.

Questions about
landing pages

How much does a landing page cost? +
A clean single-page site with a form and analytics starts at $200 (STARTER). The version built to run paid traffic — full copywriting, quiz, CRM integration — starts at $450 (STANDARD). Maximum-conversion work with two concepts, A/B testing and heatmaps starts at $950 (PREMIUM). The price is fixed in the contract before we start.
How long does it take? +
STARTER takes 7–14 days, STANDARD 10–18, PREMIUM 14–25. The most common cause of delay is not development but content: photography and product details. If you have those ready, we deliver at the fast end of the range.
What conversion rate should I expect? +
Honestly: it depends more on your offer and traffic than on the page. Across our projects, 3–7% is normal for a sales page with matched paid traffic, and 5–15% for services with urgent local demand. Anyone promising you a specific number before seeing your offer is guessing.
Do you write the copy, or do we? +
Either. Copywriting is included in STANDARD and PREMIUM, based on a brief and a call with whoever knows the product best. On STARTER you provide the text and we structure it. In practice the copy decides more than the design, so we would rather write it.
Can the page take payments directly? +
Yes — Stripe, PayPal and local gateways, included in STANDARD and PREMIUM. For services with a longer sales cycle we usually advise against it: a form plus a human conversation converts better than a checkout when the price is high.
Will it work with our existing CRM? +
If it has an API — and effectively all modern ones do — yes. We connect the form so leads arrive as structured records rather than emails, with instant notifications to your team. We also build custom CRM systems, so bespoke stacks are familiar territory.
Do you set up the advertising too? +
We set up everything on the page side: analytics, ad pixels, conversion events, so your campaigns can be measured properly. Running the campaigns themselves is not our service — but we work alongside your media buyer and give them what they need.
What if the page does not convert? +
Then we look at the data rather than at opinions. Heatmaps and session recordings usually show where people drop off, and it is often the offer or the traffic rather than the layout. On PREMIUM this analysis and one round of A/B testing is included after launch.
Do you work with clients outside Ukraine? +
Yes. Everything runs remotely over Slack, Telegram, Zoom or email; contracts are signed digitally; we invoice in USD or EUR through SWIFT, Wise, Payoneer or Stripe. Our working hours overlap fully with Western Europe and cover the US East Coast morning.
Can a landing page rank in Google? +
To a degree — it can rank for narrow, specific queries, and we build the technical SEO in regardless. For broad organic visibility you want a multi-page site and SEO work; a landing page is built primarily for traffic you bring yourself.
